UK Shipping Only: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a notification with tracking details.
Free Standard Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over £50. No code needed – simply shop and save on shipping costs!
Next Day Delivery: If you choose the Next Day Delivery option, we will ship your order with first class tracked delivery, applicable for orders placed by Thursday. Orders made after Thursday will be processed for next-day delivery on the following Monday.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below:
Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on coffee purchases. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Non-Coffee Items: For non-coffee products, such as merchandise or equipment, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
